Styling & Shaping

Many stems, branches and leaves contain internal wire so they can be gently shaped after unpacking. Carefully ease foliage into position using the product photographs as a guide.

Avoid repeatedly bending stems at the same point or forcing branches beyond their natural range.

Cleaning & Care

• Dust regularly using a soft dry cloth, feather duster or a hairdryer on a cool, low setting from a sensible distance.

• For more thorough cleaning, wipe leaves gently with a slightly damp soft cloth and allow them to air dry naturally.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, bleach, furniture polish or harsh chemical sprays.

• Decorative planters should be wiped clean rather than soaked unless the individual product information states otherwise.

Positioning

Unless specifically described as suitable for outdoor use, faux plants and flowers are intended primarily for indoor decorative use.

Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight, excessive heat, damp conditions or very high humidity, as these may affect colour, adhesives, finishes or materials over time.

Keep away from open flames, candles, hot surfaces, radiators and other direct heat sources.

Planters

Where a decorative planter is included, this will be stated clearly within the product description.

Some larger plants may arrive in a weighted inner pot placed within a decorative outer planter. Natural movement during transit may mean that minor repositioning is required after unpacking.

Safety

• Faux botanicals and decorative planters are not toys.

• Keep small parts, decorative stones, moss, stems and other components away from babies and young children.

• Keep out of reach of pets where chewing or ingestion may occur.

• Tall or top-heavy plants should be placed on a stable, level surface and positioned where they are unlikely to be knocked or pulled over.

• These products are decorative only and are not intended for consumption.

Standard delivery is included within the product price for eligible UK mainland addresses.

Due to the size and specialist handling requirements of some faux botanicals, additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote or restricted delivery areas.

These areas may include, but are not limited to, parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other locations where our delivery partners apply a remote-area surcharge.

Where an additional charge applies, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Remote-area delivery surcharges can start from approximately £35 per affected item and may be higher depending on the product, delivery address and current carrier charges.

You will always have the choice to:

• pay the additional delivery charge and continue with your order; or

• cancel the affected item or order for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed.

Products subject to an additional delivery charge will only be dispatched once the additional payment has been received.

Delivery restrictions and carrier surcharges can change, so eligibility is confirmed against the delivery address at the time your order is processed.
