Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Explore Breathe Repeat website and to purchases made through our online store.
Please read them before placing an order.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Explore Breathe Repeat is operated by C. Sutton, who also trades as Berry & Grouse.
Email: explore.ember@gmail.com
Throughout these terms, “Explore Breathe Repeat”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.

2. Our Website
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, product availability, prices, imagery and other website content may occasionally change or contain an error.
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Products
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of the materials used.
Products containing natural materials such as crystals, minerals, stone, wood or handmade components will naturally vary in colour, markings, texture, shape and finish. These variations are part of their individual character and are not normally considered faults.
Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Wellness, Crystals & Product Information
Explore Breathe Repeat is a wellness and lifestyle retailer.
References to chakras, crystals, minerals, traditional practices, rituals, reflection, symbolism or similar subjects are provided for cultural, decorative and lifestyle context.
We do not claim that crystals, candles, essential oils, fragrances or other products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Traditional associations with crystals or chakras are not presented as guaranteed effects.
Our products and website content are not a substitute for professional medical or healthcare advice.
Always use products in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with them.

5. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) unless stated otherwise.
The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any delivery charge or other cost clearly shown before checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

6. Delivery Charges
Where Free UK Mainland Delivery is advertised, this applies to eligible UK mainland delivery addresses unless an exclusion or alternative charge is clearly shown before checkout.
Any delivery charge applicable to your order will be displayed before payment.
We currently deliver only to destinations made available through our checkout.

7. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you will normally receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
A contract between you and Explore Breathe Repeat is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch of the goods.
Please check your order information carefully before submitting it and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

8. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed, particularly where stock information is supplied by a third-party fulfilment partner.
If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that item.
We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

9. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Explore Breathe Repeat does not store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to delay or decline an order where payment has not been authorised or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use.
Payment descriptor - Explore Breathe Repeat uses payment facilities also used by Berry & Grouse. Depending on your chosen payment method, transactions, payment confirmations or refunds may therefore display Berry & Grouse, C. Sutton or another payment-provider reference associated with our account. This does not affect your order with Explore Breathe Repeat.

10. Delivery & Fulfilment
We will provide the available delivery information before you complete your purchase.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, consumer orders should normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
Some Explore Breathe Repeat products are fulfilled or dispatched directly by trusted third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Where an order contains products from different locations, items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
Using a fulfilment partner does not remove Explore Breathe Repeat's responsibilities to you as the retailer.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

Direct Supplier Fulfilment — Selected Faux Botanicals
Some faux botanicals and decorative planters sold by Explore Breathe Repeat are dispatched directly to you by one of our approved specialist fulfilment partners.
Where applicable, selected products may be fulfilled by Leaf Design Wholesale or another appointed supplier on our behalf.
This means your parcel may arrive separately from other items in your order and may occasionally arrive in supplier-branded outer packaging. Supplier dispatch documentation does not display Explore Breathe Repeat retail pricing.
Your purchase remains with Explore Breathe Repeat. Please contact us directly regarding your order, delivery, return or any product issue rather than contacting the fulfilment supplier.
Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote or restricted UK locations. Where this occurs, we will contact you before dispatch with the applicable charge. You may either pay the additional charge and proceed or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
Carrier areas, restrictions and surcharges are subject to change.

11. Delivery Problems
Please contact us at explore.ember@gmail.com if your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, damaged in transit or has not arrived.
Where a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, we may ask you to pay reasonable additional delivery costs before it is resent, where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the delivery failure was caused by us or our delivery partner.

12. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have the legal right to change their mind.
You normally have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel, email:
You do not need to give us a reason.

13. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply in certain circumstances provided by law.
These may include products made or clearly personalised to your specification, perishable goods, and certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Where a cancellation exception applies to a particular EBR product, we will make this clear where appropriate.
These exceptions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

14. Returning Change-of-Mind Purchases
Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for returning unwanted goods to us.
Products should be returned without unnecessary handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining an item in a shop.
We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund where the value of returned goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Some products may have been dispatched by a fulfilment partner and should not automatically be returned to the address shown on the original parcel.

15. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where you validly cancel under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the amount due in accordance with applicable law.
If you paid a delivery charge, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or premium delivery option does not have to be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where goods must be returned, we may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are normally made within 14 days of the relevant point required by law.

16. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Products
Your statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind return right above.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Consumers normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract, subject to the applicable legal rules. Rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may also apply depending on the circumstances.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact:
Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.
Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will bear the reasonable costs of any return that we require.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

17. Candle, Fragrance & Product Safety
Always follow the product-specific safety instructions supplied with your purchase.
Candles should never be left burning unattended and must be kept away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
Essential oils, aroma products and other fragranced products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.
Natural crystals or decorative elements incorporated into candles or other products should not be removed, repositioned or touched while the product is burning or hot.
If product-specific safety instructions differ from general information on our website, the product-specific instructions should be followed.

18. Gift Purchases
You may purchase products for delivery to another person provided that you have their permission to supply the information reasonably required for delivery.
You remain responsible for ensuring that the delivery details supplied are accurate.

19. Promotional Codes & Offers
From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with another offer.
Individual promotions may have their own eligibility criteria, expiry dates or product exclusions. Where specific promotional terms conflict with this general section, the terms of the particular promotion will apply.
We may refuse use of a promotional code where it has expired, been used contrary to its terms or has been obtained or used fraudulently.

20. Intellectual Property
The Explore Breathe Repeat name, branding, website design, original written content, graphics, photography and other materials created for us are protected by intellectual property law where applicable.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our original website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product imagery and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control the third party concerned.

22. Our Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Products purchased from Explore Breathe Repeat are intended principally for private and domestic use. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, different legal considerations may apply.

23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, provided that this does not remove rights which the law gives you.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and minimise the effect where possible.

24. Privacy & Cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are set out below and explain how we handle personal information and use cookies and similar technologies when you use the Explore Breathe Repeat website.

25. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.
Email: explore.ember@gmail.com
Please provide your name, order number where relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
We will aim to deal with complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.

26. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, operating arrangements or legal requirements.
The terms applying to an order will generally be those made available to you when the order was placed.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

27. Governing Law
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws that apply to you.
These terms do not prevent you from bringing proceedings in a court that you are legally entitled to use.

4. Our Legal Bases for Using Personal Information

We process information where it is necessary to perform a contract, for example when processing and delivering an order.
We may process information where necessary to meet a legal obligation, including accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
We may rely on our legitimate interests where appropriate, for example to operate and improve our website, provide customer service, maintain security and protect our business from fraud, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Where the law requires your permission, including for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Orders, Payments and Fulfilment
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Where necessary to fulfil an order, we may share relevant information such as your name, delivery address and contact details with payment providers, suppliers, fulfilment partners and delivery companies.

Order and transaction information may normally be retained for up to six years where required for tax, accounting, contractual or legal purposes.
Customer service correspondence and enquiries will generally be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any related matter.
Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or the information is no longer required. We may retain limited information where necessary to record that you have opted out so that we do not contact you again against your wishes.

9. Marketing
We may send you news, product updates or offers where you have asked to receive them or where marketing is otherwise permitted by law.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our marketing emails or by contacting us at explore.ember@gmail.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary service communications relating to an order or enquiry.

A cookie is a small file or piece of information stored on or accessed from your computer, tablet or mobile device when you visit a website.
Some cookies are necessary for the website to work. Others are optional and will only be used where permitted by law and, where required, after you have given your consent.

2. Cookies We Use
We may use the following types of cookies:
Essential cookies
These are necessary for the operation and security of the website and for services you request. They may be used for functions such as shopping baskets, checkout, account security, fraud prevention and remembering your cookie choices.
Essential cookies do not normally require your consent because the website or service you have requested cannot function properly without them.
Functional cookies
These help remember choices or preferences and may improve how the website works for you.
Where consent is legally required for these cookies, they will not be activated until you have made your choice.
Analytics cookies
These help us understand how visitors use Explore Breathe Repeat, such as which pages are visited and how customers move around the website.
This information helps us understand website performance and improve the customer experience.
Where consent is required, these cookies will not be activated until you have agreed to them.

Essential cookies may continue to operate because they are necessary to provide the website and services you request.

The ICO states that people should be able to withdraw consent and control non-essential technologies easily.

6. Similar Technologies
The same principles may apply to technologies other than traditional cookies, including pixels, local storage and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device.

Product Compliance & Safety
Last updated: 14 September 2026

Explore Breathe Repeat offers a considered collection of wellness, home fragrance, lighting, natural minerals and decorative home products sourced from established manufacturers, wholesalers and specialist suppliers.
This section sets out the general product safety, care, labelling and compliance principles that apply across the Explore Breathe Repeat collection.
Where a product is manufactured, supplied or fulfilled by a third party, technical specifications, material information, conformity information, chemical classification, safety information, testing, certification and other product claims are based on information and documentation provided by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not present supplier or manufacturer test results, certificates or technical claims as independent testing carried out by Explore Breathe Repeat.
Supplier specifications, safety information, product records and relevant compliance documentation are retained where applicable.
Product-specific warnings, instructions and safety information supplied with an individual product always take precedence over the general guidance below.

General Product Safety
Explore Breathe Repeat products are supplied for their stated domestic, decorative, lifestyle, fragrance, lighting or wellness use unless expressly described otherwise.
Products should always be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, labels and warnings supplied with them.
Where applicable, products may include manufacturer or supplier identification, product references, batch information, conformity markings, electrical ratings, material information, chemical hazard information and other traceability details.
Customers should discontinue use of any product that becomes damaged, unstable, excessively worn or otherwise appears unsafe.
If Explore Breathe Repeat becomes aware of a product-safety concern, we may suspend the product from sale, seek further information from the supplier or manufacturer, contact affected customers, provide revised safety information, withdraw or recall the product and take any other action required by applicable product-safety legislation.

Candles & Crystal Candles
Our candle collection may include fragranced candles, crystal candles, chakra-inspired candles, wood-wick candles and larger decorative candle designs.
Candles should always be used in accordance with the warning label and care instructions supplied with the individual product.

-
Curtains and soft furnishings
-

-
Dried or artificial flowers

Never add oils, herbs, loose crystals or other materials to a burning candle.
Allow candles and their containers to cool fully before touching, moving or cleaning them.
A candle snuffer may be used where suitable. Do not use water to extinguish a candle.
Always follow any product-specific instructions concerning wick trimming, maximum burn time and the point at which the candle should no longer be burned.

Crystal Candles
Some Explore Breathe Repeat candles contain natural crystals, gemstones or mineral decoration.
Crystals are natural materials and may vary in colour, clarity, markings, shape, size and placement. These variations are characteristic of natural minerals and are not normally considered faults.
Do not touch, remove or reposition crystals while the candle is burning or while the wax and container remain hot.
Customers should follow the individual product instructions regarding any crystals or decorative materials incorporated into the candle.
References to chakras, crystals, gemstones, reflection, balance or traditional mineral associations are provided for cultural, decorative and lifestyle context only.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not claim that crystals, gemstones or chakra products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Candle Fragrance & Labelling
Fragranced candles may contain fragrance ingredients that require particular hazard, allergen or precautionary information.
Where applicable, relevant chemical classification, fragrance information, warning statements and labelling are based on information supplied by the manufacturer or fragrance/product supplier.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not reformulate finished candles unless expressly stated.
Customers should retain and follow the safety label supplied with each candle.

Essential Oil Blends
Explore Breathe Repeat essential oil blends are sold principally for use with suitable aroma diffusers and for home fragrance.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the oil and the diffuser or fragrance product in which it is being used.
Essential oils are concentrated substances and should be used carefully.

Chemical Classification & Safety Information
Essential oil blends are mixtures whose classification depends upon their individual formulation.
Where a blend is classified as hazardous, appropriate hazard and precautionary information supplied for that formulation may include:
-
Hazard pictograms
-
Signal words
-
Hazard statements
-
Precautionary statements
-
Allergen or sensitisation information
-
Disposal guidance
Explore Breathe Repeat sells essential oil blends as supplied and does not reformulate them.
Chemical safety and classification information is based on documentation supplied through the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Product labels should not be removed, altered or obscured.

Aroma Diffusers & Electrical Wellness Products
Explore Breathe Repeat may offer ultrasonic aroma diffusers and other electrical wellness or ambient products.
These products are supplied as finished electrical goods from third-party suppliers or manufacturers.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not rewire, modify or alter finished electrical products before sale.
Customers should use only suitable cables, plugs, adaptors and accessories supplied or recommended for the product.

-
Do not immerse electrical components in water

Do not allow water to enter plugs, cables, connectors or electrical controls

Stop using a product immediately if it:
-
Overheats
-
Sparks
-
Produces a burning smell
-
Operates unusually
-
Develops visible electrical damage
Always follow the manufacturer's operating and cleaning instructions.

Electrical Conformity
Electrical products may be subject to electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, restricted-substances and other applicable product requirements.
Where conformity marking or technical documentation is required, Explore Breathe Repeat relies upon the relevant manufacturer or supplier information and documentation for the product concerned.
Applicable conformity markings, electrical ratings, manufacturer information and safety labels supplied with an electrical product should not be removed or obscured.

Lamp Bases & Decorative Electrical Lighting
Explore Breathe Repeat may offer finished lamp bases and decorative electrical lighting products supplied by specialist trade suppliers or manufacturers.
This section does not include handmade lampshades.
Where lighting products are drop shipped or dispatched directly by a supplier, Explore Breathe Repeat does not physically alter, rewire or modify the product before dispatch.
Customers should always use bulbs of the correct fitting, type and maximum wattage specified for the individual lamp.
Unless expressly described otherwise, electrical lighting should be treated as suitable for indoor use only.
Place lamps on a stable, level surface.
Keep electrical lighting away from:
-
Water and damp environments
-
Open flames
-
Excessive heat
-
Areas where cables may create a trip hazard
Do not operate a lamp where the cable, plug, switch, lampholder or other electrical component appears damaged.
Discontinue use if overheating, unusual flickering, burning smells or other abnormal operation occurs.
Product-specific electrical and conformity information is based on the documentation, markings and instructions supplied by the relevant manufacturer or trade supplier.

Electrical Waste & Recycling
Electrical and electronic products should not normally be disposed of with ordinary household waste.
At the end of an electrical product's useful life, customers should use an appropriate electrical recycling or collection route.
Where applicable, information about available electrical recycling or take-back arrangements will be provided in accordance with the arrangements operated by Explore Breathe Repeat.
Batteries, electrical accessories and electronic components should be disposed of responsibly through appropriate local recycling services where applicable.

Natural crystals and minerals vary in colour, markings, pattern, veining, transparency, texture, shape and dimensions.
These natural variations are characteristic of the material and mean that individual pieces will not be identical.
Crystals and minerals are decorative and tactile wellness objects and should not be treated as toys.
Keep small stones and mineral pieces away from babies, young children and pets where there is a risk of swallowing or choking.
Do not ingest, lick or intentionally place crystals or natural mineral products in the mouth.
Natural minerals may chip, crack or break if dropped or struck against a hard surface.
Discontinue use where a broken product develops sharp or unstable edges.

Crystal & Mineral Associations
Descriptions may refer to traditional associations connected with particular minerals or crystals.
These references are provided for cultural, historical and lifestyle context.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not claim that crystals or minerals:
-

Selenite Products
Selenite is a naturally soft mineral and requires gentle handling.
Our selenite collection may include:
-
Palm stones
-
Bowls
-
Resting plates
-
Candle holders
-
Other decorative mineral pieces
Natural lines, layers, surface markings, translucency and differences in colour are characteristic of selenite.
Selenite is sensitive to moisture and should normally be kept dry.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth unless the individual product instructions state otherwise.
Do not immerse selenite products in water.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, chemical sprays and prolonged exposure to damp environments.

Selenite Candle Holders
Selenite candle holders combine a natural mineral with candlelight and should therefore be used with particular care.
Place the holder on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface.
Use only an appropriate candle size and type for the holder.
Never allow the flame to contact the sides, rim or decorative surface of the holder.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candle holders away from children, pets, draughts and combustible materials.
Selenite may become warm during use.
Allow both the candle and the holder to cool fully before moving, handling or cleaning them.
Do not immerse a selenite candle holder in water.
If the mineral becomes badly cracked, unstable or damaged, discontinue candle use.

Crystal Water Bottles
Explore Breathe Repeat Crystal Water Bottles combine reusable drinkware with decorative natural crystal or mineral components.
They are intended for normal drinking-water use in accordance with the individual product instructions.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not claim that crystals:
-
Purify drinking water
-
Change the chemical composition of water
-
Add nutrients to water
-
Improve the health properties of water
-
Provide medical or therapeutic effects when used with drinking water
The product should be used only in its supplied configuration.
Do not place loose crystals or stones directly into drinking water unless the manufacturer specifically states that the product has been designed for this purpose.
Materials intended to come into contact with drinking water are based on the construction and suitability information supplied by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Customers should follow the individual product instructions relating to:
-
Washing
-
Dishwasher use
-
Hot liquids
-
Freezing
-
Carbonated drinks
-
Temperature limitations
Do not assume a bottle is suitable for boiling liquids, freezing or dishwashing unless this is expressly stated for the individual product.
Glass bottles should be inspected regularly and should not be used if cracked, badly chipped or damaged.

Hurricane Candle Holders, Lanterns & Decorative Candle Accessories
Explore Breathe Repeat may offer glass hurricanes, lanterns and other decorative candle holders.
These products should only be used with a candle size and type suitable for the individual design.
Place candle holders on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface.
Keep the flame clear of:
-
Glass sides
-
Rims
-
Handles
-
Decorative materials
-
Surrounding objects
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles and candle holders away from children, pets, draughts and combustible materials.
Glass and metal components may become hot during use.
Allow the entire product to cool fully before:
-
Moving it
-
Replacing the candle
-
Cleaning it
-
Touching metal or glass near the flame area
Do not expose hot glass suddenly to cold water or a very cold surface.
Do not use a glass candle holder that is cracked, badly chipped or otherwise damaged.
Decorative candle holders should not be used as oil burners or for any purpose other than that for which they were designed.

Journals & Notebooks
Explore Breathe Repeat may offer handmade journals, notebooks and paper products.
Our current collection may include traditionally made Lokta paper and natural-fibre or handcrafted covers.
Handmade papers naturally vary in:
-
Texture
-
Colour
-
Fibre distribution
-
Surface markings
-
Edge finish
These variations form part of the character of handmade paper and are not normally considered faults.
Paper products should be kept away from:
-
Naked flames
-
Candles
-
Excessive heat
-
Water and damp environments
Unless expressly sold as children's products, Explore Breathe Repeat journals and notebooks are intended as general stationery and lifestyle products rather than toys.
Material and construction information is based on details supplied by the relevant producer or supplier.

Faux Plants, Trees, Flowers & Wreaths
Explore Breathe Repeat may offer artificial plants, trees, floral arrangements, individual stems, garlands and decorative wreaths.
These are decorative products and are not toys or edible items.
Materials and construction vary between designs, so customers should always read the individual product description.

Small Parts & Internal Wire
Some faux botanical products may contain:
-
Internal shaping wire
-
Artificial berries
-
Detachable leaves
-
Flowers or petals
-
Decorative moss
-
Stones
-
Bark
-
Small decorative components
Keep small or detachable components away from babies, young children and pets where they could be swallowed or chewed.
Faux flowers and foliage are not intended for direct contact with food.
When used around dining or kitchen areas, keep decorative foliage away from food preparation surfaces, cooking appliances and open food.

Fire & Heat Safety
Unless an individual product is expressly described otherwise, faux plants, flowers and wreaths should not be regarded as fire-resistant or fire-retardant.
Keep artificial foliage well away from:
-
Naked flames
-
Candles
-
Open fires
-
Log burners
-
Stoves
-
Radiators
-
Hot light bulbs
-
Cooking appliances
-
Other direct heat sources
Where a product is specifically described as fire-resistant or fire-retardant, this statement is based on the supplier information for that particular product.
Fire-resistant does not mean fireproof.

Indoor & Outdoor Use
Unless expressly described as suitable for outdoor use or UV-resistant, faux botanical products should principally be treated as indoor decorative items.
Standard artificial foliage may fade, discolour or deteriorate when exposed to:
-
Strong sunlight
-
Rain
-
Frost
-
High humidity
-
Changing temperatures
Wreaths not specifically designed for permanent outdoor use may be displayed temporarily in a sheltered exterior location but should be protected from severe weather.
Products described as UV-resistant or UV-protected are based on the manufacturer's or supplier's specification.
UV protection may reduce fading but cannot prevent natural weathering indefinitely.

Positioning & Stability
Plants, trees and wreaths may be packed closely during transport.
After unpacking, branches and leaves may be gently shaped to restore their intended appearance.
Flexible stems containing internal wire should be adjusted gradually.
Avoid forceful or repeated sharp bending, which may weaken the stem or expose internal wire.
Freestanding plants and trees should be positioned on a firm, level surface.
Tall or top-heavy products should be appropriately stabilised.
Hanging wreaths and foliage should be secured using fixings suitable for:
-
The product's weight
-
The mounting surface
-
The intended location
Do not position large decorative arrangements where they may obstruct:
-
Doors
-
Stairs
-
Emergency routes
-
Frequently used walkways

Care & Cleaning
Faux botanicals require no watering.
Dust gently using a soft cloth, feather duster or soft brush.
Where deeper cleaning is required, wipe suitable surfaces gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not immerse or saturate artificial plants, flowers, wreaths or their containers unless the individual product instructions specifically permit this.
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, abrasives and household polishing sprays.
Natural-wood trunks, woven bases, hand-finished containers and decorative substrates should be kept as dry as possible.

Certificates and test reports apply only to the products, samples, manufacturers, facilities and validity periods identified within the documents.
Explore Breathe Repeat does not extend supplier certification or testing beyond the scope for which it was issued.
Hanlin has advised that its hides and sheepskins are sourced as by-products of the meat industry. This is a supplier statement and is not presented as an independent Explore Breathe Repeat certification.

Care information should always be checked against the label supplied with the individual product.
General sheepskin care may include:
-
Shaking the fleece regularly
-
Gentle dry vacuuming using plain suction

Avoiding tumble drying

Always follow the care label supplied with the individual fleece.
